This item is made from two layers of painted MDF with a brass hook for your keys/ keyrings.
This is not designed for heavy items. It has been tested with a load of 500g ( 0.5KG)
to fix the item to a surface. We have used alcohol wipe to clean both surfaces and then use appropriate double sided sticky pads
We will happily refund or replace any product that has a manufacturing fault. Please note we reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement if the defect is deemed to be caused by the purchaser
